Thought I'd share some of my favorite protein treats:)

PROTEIN BROWNIES


•1/2 cup almond meal
•2 scoops of whey protein
•1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
•1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
•1/4 cup of coconut oil
•3/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
•3 tablespoons of cocoa unsweetened powder
•1/2 cup of stevia
•handful of unsweetened chocolate chips (optional)
Mix ingredients well and place batter in a brownie pan. Bake it at 350* for ~15 mins till top and insides are fully cooked.

HOMEMADE PROTEIN BARS (texture of a quest bar)
•2 tablespoons of FiberYum prebiotic fiber
•1 scoop of whey protein
•2 tablespoons of almond meal (optional)


You can also add chocolate chips, granola, peanut butter, dried cranberries, or whatever toppings you want.

Heat up the 2 tablespoons of Fiber yum in a bowl for 30 secs in the microwave, it will start bubbling up.
Add whey protein and whatever other toppings you want. Mix it well. Then shape it like a bar, you can make a huge bar or two minis. Stick it in the freezer for 5 mins.
Voilà. Bon appétit

My girls protein no bakes.
I have no idea how to make em. Dudes don't bake:D
Lets see here...

2 cups sugar
1 scoop protein (can adjust for your tastes)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tea spoon vanilla ext
1/2 peanut butter
3 cups quick oats

Mix sugar, protein, milk and butter in sauce pan. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla ext. Mix well till peanut butter melts.

Use a tablespoon to drop mixture on to wax paper. Hence the irregular shape. Let cool:D

Now one extra ingredient. My wife makes em naked ;)
