Protein???

I try to stick to actual food... eggs, chicken, nuts, greek yogurt, edamame - both good fats and protein in them...also easy to snack on the go :)

as for protein powder, I use various brands, as long as the carbs are low, fat is low and protein high...I use it when on the go or rush and just need my protein intake... usually after my morning cardio before breakfast, or before/after a training session
 
Egg whites, egg whites, egg whites...lol..I don't eat red or white meat or poultry (only their unborn children) so protein can be a little of a challenge if I don't plan ahead. All kinds of fish...I probably have enough Hg in me for 10 thermometers...greek yogurt, egg whites, fish, fish, fish, quest protein powder, quest protein bars and musclepharm protein bars. I eat protein throughout the day. Although I do wish it was a pill I could take sometimes. When I come back from vacation I'm going to reevaluate my macros. I'm turning 49 on Sunday and need to whack my carbs accordingly....


Oh, a fun trick is to use egg whites in your protein shake instead of almond milk. Even more protein :)
