Protien Whey isolate questions about mixing etc.

I use GNC (yeah I know) Whey Anibolic60 protein mix. Supposed to be the best they offer. The guy behind the counter at my local GCN is a pro-builder, and he lives on it, gets decent reviews compared to most GNC products.

Anyhow, I take one serving on my way to the gym 60mg protein, and half a serving just after on the way home. My muscles have been exploding with increase, pump, and rebuild time is cut by maybe 40% over the past few weeks. So my question might be obvious, but I was wondering since this stuff is so ground down and isolated for quick absorption, if pre-mixing causes it's structure to break down? I mix and it sits for a few hours until I drink it post workout. And also, does blending it in a nutribullet ruin it? I always hear about guys shaking it up and drinking on the spot, so whipping it up in a high speed blender mess it up?

Wow thats an over priced protein, gnc is giving you a good ass raping. Protein is protein no matter how you mix it. How would a nutri bullet affect it in any way? Sure, you can let it sit as well. Dont over think it and stop going tk gnc.
