Pushups V. Weights

So I have been doing this routine now for about two weeks and would like to know which is better. I do a set off pull-ups (35), I immediately drop and do a set of push-ups (60) and then get up from that and do a set of dips (15). I also hit some sit-ups after the dips. In total I do about 120 Pull-ups, 500 Push-ups, 100 Dips and I don't count the sit-ups. I do this routine everyday Monday-Friday and hit Legs on Saturday. Is this routine better than doing a regular two body parts a day routine. Ex: Monday - Chest and Try's Tues - Back and Bi's and so on??? Give me some input.

if you can do 35 pull ups in one set you need to call the book of world records people.. and i cant tell you if that routine is "better" than a split or not because you never said what your goals are.

in my oppinion if your goal is to not tear any muscle fibers and build up lactic acid than yes this routine is perfect

Glad I have a good board like this one. Advice is awesome. I will split my routine weekly i guess to trick the muscles. But honestly I can do 35 pull-ups. I do 35-25-20-20-20 trying to get to 100 as quickly as possible. Hopefully one day I can get to 50 pull-ups in one set. LOL!
