Putting down the dad bod

Hi everyone! I’m a 34yo dad of 2 about to be 3. Decided to get serious about my health a little over a year ago. I was 265, 40%+ bf, biomarkers a mess.

Started tirz on a recommendation from a friend, and really got my health turned around. Started training, tracking macros, doing regular bloodwork, etc.

Now I’m 185, 18% bf and biomarkers all look amazing. Based on DEXA scans, I think I’ve added around 10-15 pounds of muscle as well.

I started enclo 6 months ago and tesa 2 months ago (working with my doctor) as well and have had very good experiences on those compounds.

I want to continue to optimize my health and my physique. My near term goals are to cut down to sub 12%, and then long term to build up to 200 lean.

Here to learn more from knowledgeable folks that have been doing this for a long time. Thanks in advance!
