if u sent the hash and he read the message your order is good, he repeats this over and over and its not really bad customer service im sure he gets a lot of orders a day and its just faster that way

I Get that but the thing is my message was left unread for hours and the response i got was just rude and puts me off from buying from them, theyre just the best source for hgh rn

TBH this is what Tracy has mentioned time and time again:
Use correct order form
Use correct address format
Pay FULL amount in agreed crypto and post hash
Await their confirmation and for him to send you the tracking info

Upon you transferring crypto you must have realized that you were short. In the meantime you asked for confirmation knowing you did not pay full amount.

Tracy is not there to hold your hand during dealings.

You've paid the full amount now so just sit back and wait for tracking. Dont bug him about it

What were you expecting?
Just try to wrap your mind around how many orders and inquiries go to that one telegram account in a single day. The fact it doesn't take 3-5 days for a response is a miracle.
