I am not sure that I understood it correctly so I wanted to ask to be sure.
Dante suggests that you train each muscle group with only 1 set every workout and you choose 3 different exercises for every muscle group which you rotate in every workout and once you do not make any more progress you have to change the exercise and find a new one. Is this correct? Does this mean that if I train chest and have 3 different exercises like for example bench pressing, flies and dumbell benchpressing and I do bench pressing on Monday, flies on Wednesday and db-bench pressing on Friday then I have to make progress in every single workout session? For example if I make progress on Monday then I can keep the exercise but if I do not make any more progress on Wednesday then I have to exchange the flies against some other exercise. Is this correct? Is this really possible to get more reps or use more weight in every single session? I don't know if I can do this.
And I also don't think that the extreme stretching is a good idea because I'm hypomobile and not flexible at all. My right biceps is also too short and I cannot even extend the arm completely! I'm afraid that when I stretch it and use force then I might tear a muscle. But according to Dante the extreme stretching is absolutely necessary.
I don't know what to do now. But I also don't know if fascia stretching is even necessary for somebody like me because I don't have much muscle mass and I don't know if at this point fascia stretching is necessary.
