I won't be keeping ANY customers records no need to once order is delivered they are gone no need to keep,my brother actually works for a computer firm of n the town I'm in so once a week he will be doing full sweep on computer, and what my plans are is every few months completely replacing the hard drive completely to be on safe side

So your wife works at a Vet clinic and she is letting you risk her job by brewing after hours? LMAO! And no one sweeps their computer once a week, or replaces their hard drive every few months.

As for brewing with EO, bad idea. Lots of people are allergic to it, and its going to cause problems. I can see using it in certain products, but not everything.
