Question about Lyophilized (freeze dried) compound

A friend of mine asked me to help
Him with an experiment he wants to try


The medication he asked me to help him
With is a medication that is freeze dried like a peptide and reconstituted with bac water.

He ordered the raws from china but I don’t think they are Lyophilized.

How would I go about making this work to make it like a peptide ? Is it even possible ?

So would there be a way to inject these compounds or would I have to get it freeze dried first, they are not compounds that you put in oil base to my knowledge all the compounding pharmacies sell it pre mixed or ready to put bac water in like a peptide
