This may seem stupid but i have question
i saw an article about this routine Classic Push/Pull/Legs Split | old school trainer
it is ppl 3x a week using 5x5 so my question is will this be productive as for example some full body 5x5 programs like madcow or TM i terms of muscle gain and strength?
