question about starting a board?

hey bros, i was considering starting an AAS board using vbulletin.

have some questions though.

1. do i have to use my real name to register a domain? can i register it in the name of someone i know and pay by cash in mail?

2. do i have to use my real name to install vbulletin (purchase it)?
