I used to have a really big chest from lifting heavy and now in doing MMA fights and have been for awhile. My problem is this the bottom part of my chest is flabby and ive tried everything to tighting it up.This isnt from the gyno.I just hate doing fights and coming out and the bottom part of my chest looking fat. When im pumped you dont see it but when im relaxed damn I make my girlfriend blush envy just kidding:confused.lolWhat do you think is the best way to isolate this in a routine. Ive tried about everything except winny but damn its had me thinking though. Any tips would be appreciated.

Have you tried dips and decline presses?

Yeah I do a lot of dips and decline.Ive tried about every workout out there and its tightend up a little.I do 1000 push up's a day, every 2 days I do 500 dips,This doesnt include my mma training which is 4-6 hours a day and,my weight training that I do 1 time a day.I hit it hard but just cant get the bottom part to round off and harden up.

It sounds like you've done all you can. Maybe genetics has something to do with it. As someone who trains I know that we all have certain physiques which we idolize like Arnold etc... I have certain things that I wish I could change myself but can only slightly alter their appearance through training. The most you can strive for is a better you. :)

My husband had a problem with his chest drooping at the bottom of his pec. I did a bit of research and found this info:

The traditional chest workout focuses on the basic bench press. While the bench press is great in developing size and power, it can develop the lower part of the chest too much. A chest workout focused around the bench press develops the lower pecs so much that they can begin to look like breasts. The part of the chest that is underdeveloped in most men is the upper chest.--This is also the case with overdeveloped shoulders, which compensate for a weak upper chest.

weight trainers have an underdeveloped upper chest because they start off every workout and put all their energy into the traditional flat barbell bench press. To prevent this, avoid the decline bench press and start your chest workouts with the incline press for a period of time or every other workout until you are proportioned

Incline& Decline Close grip bench Press ! have you tried this ? start with a moderate weight and pyramid down the weight till you completely fatigue those pecs with just the weight of the bare bar . recoup and do it over again and again . They will grow ! DO IT BRO !! ;)

I had a trainer a few years ago who suggested setting the cables at their lowest setting and doing upward cables in a sweeping motion with your hands meeting at about the middle of your chest in front of you. I haven't done them for a prolonged period of time but you can give those a try also.

Thanks everybody.I really appreciate all the help.I will try anything that will help........I just had gyno taken out this morning and everything went great. It was very small and that wasnt the reason for the loose skin at the bottom of my pecs but my doc did say he could fix it if I chose to go that route..

Im going to train more and use the technique everybody suggested and see how that goes..Wish me luck and thanks again:D
