The official ministry of Broscience says that fist of all you have to address the visceral fat issues and the best way to do it is to use metformin. 500mgs before bed can do the trick for you but make sure you a) don’t use it for longer than two months straight b) don’t eat carbs in the evening because metformin may wreak your digestion.

Secondly, consider doing vacuums every morning on an empty stomach, just make sure you are working on a better movement pattern that will remain with you at all time. Neurologically speaking you have to relearn your breathing patterns and make sure you don’t usually overextend your stomach.

It’s better to learn to vacuum while lying on the floor, that way you can focus more on your abs and not your posture.
