Question for G.H and Insulin the perfect timing

I have G.h and i have insulin(fast action) should i inject the same time,or should i inject one first, the other later and how many minutes between...the insulin starts to work in 30 minutes and peaks 1 -3 hours The G.h ?? Pleaaase help.i need the perfect timing.

i like gh in the morning and slin after a workout. be careful with the slin it is serious and must be used with respect....always have fast carbs on hand just incase
