Hello, to give a little info about myself, I am currently 6'1 at 200lb, 28y/o. I had blood work done back in the beginning of March and my levels were 2120.8 Test, and >50 Free test. ALT was 47 and creatine was a bit high but nothing uncommon. I ran 2 cycles back to back, with no breaks, which I am now regretting. Here was the layout:

Cycle:

Week 1-6: 1ml (250mg) Gonadon Sust. 1 pin a week, Stacked with 50mg of Iranian Anadrol ED (first 6 weeks)
Week 7-12: 2ml (500mg) Gonadon Sust. 1 pin a week

Week 12-15: 1ml (250mg) Test E & .5ml Tri-Tren , pin twice a week
Week 15-25: 1ml (250mg) Test E & 1ml Tri-Tren, pin twice a week

Ran Pharmagrade HCG the whole 6 months stacked above, 500iu once weekly.

PCT:

Clomid/Nolvadex/Adex - 50/20/1mg ED Week 1
Clomid/Nolvadex/Adex - 25/20/.5mg ED Week 2
Nolva - 10mg ED Week 3,4

Diagnoses:
Anxiety/Panic
Hypogonadism
OAB (Overactive Bladder)

I have no blood in the urine, no pain, no discomfort, no back pain, prostate is normal PSA 0.3 and other ranges normal, Pituitary normal (ACTH, no head aches, no vision impairment)

Prescription Medication:
Lexapro 10mg ED
Clomiphene Citrate Tablet 25mg ED
VesiCare 5mg ED

Lab results:
Low Total Testosterone
Low Bioavailability Testosterone
Low Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)
Low Estradiol (E2)
Low FSH
Low LH
Low Vitamin D

Tests:
Colonoscopy - Found 1 Polyp, benign.
Abdominal ultrasound - Everything looked normal

Supplements:
Vitamin D3 10,000iu - once everyday with meal in the morning

Ruled out:
Diabetes Insipidus
Diabetes
UTI
BPH
Prostate
Epididymis
Pituitary
Hepatitis
STD (All)
No infections

(Cannot really rule out Kidneys and Liver 100% since no CT, MRI, X-ray was conducted, labs show organs as normal, and Abdominal ultrasound showed no enlargement)

Currently my doctor is allowing me to run a course of Clomid as a form of mono-therapy for TRT. I will be cycling only Clomid for 3 months, and lab work done every 3 weeks. My main concern is my frequent urination. To get an idea, I was 235lb back in April, I now weigh 196-200lb, yeah it sucks... Sometimes I am dehydrated by the amount I urinate. I have no difficulties urinating, and only get up once to go at night. I am attaching my labs below (all personal information has been redact in PDF), I greatly appreciate any feedback and I also had some questions.

Can Low T cause frequent urination, if yes, do you have a article/research about it?

How long does the body take to stabilize naturally coming off Testosterone?

Do I need to run a weeks work of AI tappering of Clomid? (Estrogen Receptors?)

Is there anything I can do besides Kegels to improve OAB?

Ive had frequent urination with high T low T and normal T. Anxiety can really contribute to frequent urination too. Do you have bloodwork showing your hormone levels before you cycled? Whatever you do don t touch an AI your estradiol is already tanked and you ll feel like death.

Yeah all labs should be there. My TT was like 2120.

6 months is a long cycle and your pct is suspect. Hopefully in a couple weeks youll bounce back and start feeling better. Its good your getting bloodwork every three weeks to stay on top of how your progressing. Does your doc have a plan moving forward?

Well I have been off everything for 4 months, 5 months is coming up on the 21st. My doctor has me on Clomid 25mg everyday. And from the lab work he will determine if he wants to bump me up to 50mg. But his plan is to have me on Clomid for 3 months.

When you said you had frequent urination with low T, how often where you actually going? I usually go like 15-20 times a day

How long on the Lexapro? Can be a side effect of that. Using caffeine or stimulants or other supps? Are you retaining urine in your bladder? Did they do an ultrasound of your bladder after voiding? Any pain? IVP dye test is an option perhaps. See a urologist? Any incontinence?

If you are experiencing anxiety disorder, clomid may not be your friend. Nervous peeing can be habitual - it is reinforced in that urinating does alleviate anxiety/ sense of relief/release.

Likely your MD has asked most of the above questions. Likely will be episodic. You'll be alright brother.

I was going so much that I counted it as well and it was 15-20 a day like you. I went for a bladder test and it was all good. The doc told me to cut out caffeine and make another appt. I never did. It seemed to get better eventually. I still go more than most tho.

I have been on Lexapro 10mg for about 6 weeks now. The urination was still consistent prior to the Lexapro so I do not think it could be that medication.

My Urologist made me empty my bladder and did an ultrasound and my bladder emptied properly so I was not retaining urine. Although when I go sometimes I get a second wave. And the dribble too which sucks.

No alcohol, caffeine, stimulants and I am goon as far as managing my diet to stay away from spicy food, artificial sugar as well as very Citrus fruits.

No pain

IVP test? Not sure if he recommended that. But i was scheduled to get a Cystoscopy from one Urologist and my other second opinion Urologist said no to that. He said it could further more do damage. He seems determined that this will pass in due time.

My biggest fear is I tried Dinolytic (PGF2A) for a couple of weeks and could have done something long term to my body?

@jay89 I hope it does pass for you too. Coming up on 5 months, actually causing me to have dry mouth is a concern. I am already starting to consider surgery of some sort before my jobs benefits runs out and I have to start going back to work.

But thank you for all the feed back. This has been the worst for me lately. Can't even spend time with my 1 year old son. The bathroom has consumed my life and the shower.

Also to add, I start to feel better after 3-4pm. I wake up shaking like I have chills or that I am cold, and the urination picks up. But only in the afternoon I feel better.

I think once your hormones are back up your going to feel alot better and the frequent urination will sort itself out with time. I hope you start feeling better soon bro. Im sure youve gone through the worst of it and are close .

Thanks @jay89, it has been a long road to recovery. I have read that time on equals time off and I have I guess 2 more months left. Also have read recovery can take 6 months to a year... don't want to go through another 6 months but I will have to get a shit ton of benzos I guess to fight through it.

Update:

So it seems 25mg of Clomid is working. 10 days so far and my urination has really made an improvement.

I have never heard of low TT, estradiol, and DHT causing frequent urination, this is new to me.

Only unusual thing was temp was 99.4.

BP 123/80/72

Your frequent urination was caused more specifically by having low estrogen. I have low estrogen and have the same problem along with an unquenchable thirst.
