Hi
This is my second cycle and i am over one week into it.
My dnp is crystal and 250mg capsuls.
I started off at 500mg a day. (yes it is a bit high, but i knew it would be a good dose for me.
I continiued 500mg for 7 days. Night sweats and all the usual sides was present.
I have a fan aimed at me at all times at work. So it was ok.
On day 8 i bumped it up to 750mg, after the second day on 750mg, i had to much night sweats. i could't do a dose like that on work days. Then i tok only 250mg and my plan is now to do 500mg every third day. and 250mg the other days. I might bump it to 500mg again, but it hurts my cardio.
So far i have lost about 5kg and still going down.
I belive i retain some water aswell.
My goal is another 5kg to 10kg, but might do it more slow from now on.
My diet has been good. I do a low carb approach.
no t3 or eca or stuff like that!
I know a lot of people have carb cravings, but i havent. I havent felt hungry at all.
