Questions about lab results

I’m a 27 year old male who has been struggling with a lot of low T symptoms.
Went to get my test levels checked and I noticed they seem to be low for someone my age. The doctor told me I’m fine and I’m over thinking everything even when describing all my symptoms such as low sex drive, muscle mass, gaining weight, fatigue etc. the endocrin won’t even see me because of how young I am and I’m starting to feel helpless.

I’ve done a lot of research on averages of testosterone levels in adults, considering 350ng/dl is considered borderline hypgonadism. My testosterone level are that of a 50 year old obese diabetic. I’m also 27. I just experience a lot of low T symptoms and the doctors brush me off. Am I wrong to think my levels are low? I genuinely don’t know.

Might be low for your age, everyone is different. No way a doctor will prescribe trt at your value, i was at 280 or so and got a hard time.

I don't think your symptoms are from your testosterone levels at all.

Just enjoy your good old natural test :D

Those are perfectly normal levels, you said it yourself, 350 is borderline hypogonadal, and you are well above that. I agree with the above that something else is probably causing your symptoms. Personally, I'm 28, and recently tested myself and have a test level of around 160 and LH of 0.9, never done steroids in my life.

Do you personally have a really hard time maintaining weight or gaining? I workout, consume alot of calories, protein, and carbs. And I find my self struggling to keep my self afloat

For me it's the opposite, I have a really hard time losing weight, every single calorie I eat gets put on me as fat, and I have to very carefully watch what I eat as I have a really easy time gaining weight, and that's not quality weight I tell you that. Now I guess that will change once I get my hormones to normal levels and finally get to be able to put on some muscle.

Your levels will not cause any noticeable negative side effect. Your are perfectly within range. None of the side effects you're seeing would be caused by your test levels being where they are.

One things with natural levels is they go up and down throughout the day usually they are the highest first thing in the morning so depending on when u got ur bloods done that will also affect ur numbers, things like diet also. Another thing is when u use test u get a constant steady bleed as long as it's in ur system over how frequently u pin also there usually isn't much up and down when u use test, u get a steady bleed of the hormone. When ur with ur natural levels they will go up an down throughout the day usually the highest in the morning and as u go throughout the day they usually dip. Also ur right in the middle ur not really low. Now u may feel better with them higher idk. That's something u would have to figure out urself. Maybe before just jumping on test or trt try something a bit more mild like hcg... If u feel okay enjoy your natural test.

I appreciate the insight, I’m just sick and tired of training constantly, eating constantly and being a twig. You think hcg would be better?

I'll bet, if you lay out your detailed training program and your specific diet, someone will give you insight on to what your problem is. You don't need drugs at 27.

Maybe youre right, but honestly I have no time to try and bulk and hard gain my way through the process. Been doing that for 3 years. I want to try something new.

Can anyone maybe point me in the right direction? Or maybe the right thread?

Gbro already told you exactly the next step. Because this will identify your problem, chances are it's due to training or not eating enough or both.

Is there a thread I can post appropriately to in regards to diet and training? I don’t see one
Just make your own, title it Need advice on training and diet, or something like that. In it, post stats, your typical daily diet, and training routine. Many times when people say they're hard gainers, they just aren't eating enough. Whether from overestimating their actual food intake or undereating out of fear of fat gain. Even with AAS, you'll spin your wheels if you still can't consume enough to support growth and then maintenance of the mass.

ive trained the first 3 or 4 years with a test level below 200ng/dl and ive made gains. I can tell you right away the "low test" is not your problem.
I bet training and/or diet is the culprit.
But people always look for shortcuts on that one because it takes effort ;-)

Do exactly what tiredandhot said and u will have multiple guys that will reach out and help ya out and give u some advice brother. You should be able to just increase ur meals and cals and grow along with adjusting ur training.... Drug wise I would think long and hard ur 27 ur a man so u can decide urself but before u do exhaust these other options.... Alot of times I'd say food is easily 75 percent along with consistency, then training with good form and using the right muscle and weight not just fling shit around. Then gear/test..... But ur natural levels are pretty normal honestly idk what time of day u got them done but if it wasnt earlier in the day I bet there even higher when u first wake up....... ur test won't really start to drop till ur in ur mid 30s atleast that's when mine did. Once mine hit 220 I started basic trt. But first write ur thread.... If u do go the other route just do ur research and don't just hop on shit, there's a bit more to know then just jumping on test.
