Hi, im 6'6 around 210Lbs (and most likely fucking retarded with nutrition), trying to lose fat and of course get leaner, but i have been chronically tired my entire life, feeling flat and so on, i have tried various diets for around 6 months-12 months on each of these diets while working out, but i am unsure what my macros should look like, im trying to achieve 200g of protein, but what amount of carbs and fat should i be at when im trying to limit my caloric intake to 2000kcal on average?

I am on TRT which helped in the start but isnt really giving me more energy anymore, im also using reta which has fixed my gastric issues and food noise, and im thinking about adding a little bit of GH for the better sleep and tendon health.

something like:

2-3g/kg protein for recovery, building blocks
0.4-0.8kg fats for health, immune system, vitamin uptake
carbs for performance and energy

Go read the diet 2.0 book by renaissaince periodization or the muscle and strength pyramids by eric helms

I don’t really pay attention to fat or carbs on Reta. You have to meet that protein goal or come as close as you can to the 1g/lbs of bw.

I will say, the drop in fat from Reta on top of the addition of HGH gave me a boost in energy. It could be so many things I’ve changed though as well lifestyle wise. Working out 6-7x/wk which I’ve dialed back to 5. Higher protein intake, carbs earlier in the day rather than before bed.

How old are you? At 6’6” 210 you can’t be that “fat”. Just soft?

I just finished a stint of Mots-C. Was weird. 4 week run, 5mg 3x/wk, thought it was bunk until my my 3rd pin week 3.. It’s not stem like, but I can go.. Definitely helped.

i am mid 20's but i am generally fat in my own eyes, i dont have a accurate fat% but above 20% most like 25%, i had thought about Mots-c but i just cant find too much data on it yet, so i dont really wanna inject something that isnt "clinically" tested, also its super expensive in my opinion considering the daily dosages (heard it was between 3-5mg a day) not that GH isnt expensive, but considering the stage im in i might just buy a ton of different stuff and play around with it, because my energy has become so flat that even just cooking vegies is a big chore, i have felt flat and tired for my whole life, but now the energy loss has become so severe that i just feel like my mind is slowly disappearing, and the doctor in my country does not care, and the private hospital i can get blood taken from only sell "packages" you cant change, and you cant buy individual blood samples, so i feel pretty lost :/
