Questions about some peptides, creams or oral

I admit it has been a while since I read up on the various peptides, so I could use some feedback.
Since I don't like the idea of injecting myself with unknown compounds and I noticed a certain supplier who is selling creams and an oral formulation I have a few questions.

The supplier offers

• • GHRP-6
  • GHRP-2
  • Hexarelin
  • Ipamorelin
  • Mechano Growth Factor
  • Melanotan II
  Sarms s22

Not all of them stimulate HGH production for as far as I know.

My main goal is visceral fat loss.
Any comments, especially since they are sold in creams ?

The products are expensive, btw. Still, not as expensive as HGH.

It seems creams are not an effective method for delivery, except perhaps for local applications such as wound healing.
