If you know already that you can tollerate 400mg DNP do you still need to start your cycle at 200mg for 3 days before you bump up to 400... Ive done like 3 cycles so far and i know that my max dose i am comfortable with is 400mg... would it hurt just to start a 9 day cycle at 400mg??? Thanks guys

Heck, you could go higher sooner, especially if you have done it before (depending if you're a big guy or not) Last week I went 200,400,600,800,800,400 with no problems, I would have kept going, but I had an obligation yesturday that required a suit and tie and I didn't want to look like I had been swimming all day!

If you've done cycles before without any problems, then you should be able to jumpstart your new cycle by jumping to the target dosage. Even when you do this, it still takes a few days for the DNP bloodlevel to reach its maximum level.

For instance when you take 400mg of DNP a day, the DNP will accumulate in your body over a few days until it reaches an equilibrium peak level of 1080mg (the point at which you body excretes in 24 hours the same amount as what you're taking in). So you could take 1000mg on the first day and then maintain at 400 mg daily. This will put you about where you'd be after a week of just 400mg everyday. However, as a precaution I'd say never to to take more than 800mg in a single day just in case you do develop any allergic reactions.

Personally, I've found that a body level of 700 - 800mg is about the maximum that I can take without too much discomfort. So when I do a cycle, I 'frontload' with 800mg and then take 200mg either every 12 or 24 hours to keep my blood level at about 700mg. It's worked great for me.

Of course this assumes that you have some previous experience with DNP, haven't had any reactions to it, and are taking the usual set of preventative supplements.

That's a novel approach bro, but indeed only for an experienced user. When you take 800mg or more the first day you generally feel it the first day as well, or at least I do.
But yes, if you've run it before and know you can handle 400mg there's no need to ramp up to it.
