Quick question about brewing RU

Hey guys just a quick question. When brewing ru, do i use 70% ethanol or 99% ethanol? I know it’s 70% for the brewing but I’m taking about the purity of the ethanol. Online most ethanol is 70%.

I just use the K&B solution. It's a mystery blend but less than 70% ethanol.
