Quick question about PCT

Hey guys so I'm going to be pinning soon, I'm British and I know this is an American forum, so I know you can't really comment on the lab I purchase my source from as you won't have a clue about them lol, but anyways I've bought gear from them before such as Orals, and they was legit and fine, this will be my first time pinning and I'm a little concerned with the PCT I've been given its basically just labelled PCT and it contains:

Nolva - 10mg
Clomid - 12.5mg
Proviron - 12.5mg
Proprietary Herb - 5mg

These are all mixed into one pill and I've heard from a guy that it works but I just wanted to know your thoughts and what sort of dose I should do? I was thinking 4 a day in my first 2 weeks then cut it down to 2?

Save yourself a lot of possible future heartache and get pharma PCT and AI.

What you described sounds sketchy as hell... I would be a nervous wreck all through PCT. There's legit sources here you can get everything from.

that being said I take my pct as separate ingredients - also get pharma pct

For what it's worth, I've also heard proviron is counter productive to getting your levels back up.
