You been asleep if you think good rap music has just been gone. Tech N9ne has been putting out quality album after quality album, yelawolf dropped like 2 new albums last year, etc.

But yeah, it is cool to see some of the greats putting out new tunes.

I hear ya man, I listen to a little bit of everything myself, but definitely heavy on rap and metal.
