Is it possible to have an allergic reaction to DNP after being completely off for 3 days? It is worse today on the 4th day than it was, yesterday (3rd day). What gives?
DNP builds up in the body, so yes. You are supposed to take anti-histamines together with it to prevent the rash. I'm not sure if they'll work now since you're supposed to take them before the rash occurs.
But take some Zyrtec. I got a couple rashes that lasted from 3-7 days after cycle.
One of those (Reactine in Canada) made it go away in about 8 hours.
I don't do a cycle without it now.
