Raw Powders turned hard after a year

So I made an order of raw powders... NPP, Test E, Deca. This was about 10 months ago. The packages come vacuum sealed and are still unopened.

As I am considering brewing some gear for a cycle I realize that the vacuum sealed packages are hard. They were not like that before. Would this have any negative effects on the quality of my powders? Should I address this with the supplier?

Speaking in the most general terms and not specifically about just anabolic raw powders, this tends to happen with either too much heat or moisture. If they are truly vacuum sealed maybe they experienced some warm temps?
Regardless, it should have little effect unless they got too warm for too long then there is a chance of degradation. If it is moisture it will affect the purity so to speak as you will have some H2O molecules in there providing the slightest bit of additional weight.
You could use a mortar and pestle to return them to powder form.

Don't let Accutane sit around. Cap that stuff asap, it gets clumpy as fuck. I throw little clumps in my mac n cheese to make a new and interesting color, can't stand to see it go to waste
