Hey guys. So I'm on my second cycle of test. I'm doing 600mg/wk of sust that comes in vials of 400mg/mL. Has anyone here heard of RBGpharma? I've been using their product and it's really harsh. I'm literally thinking about stopping my cycle. My first cycle was 400mg sust/wk with a different brand (sust 250) and I didn't experience any side effects or PIP. After about 2 hours post-injection I get some intense muscle pain and my glutes feel like they have really tight knots. I pin 3x/wk and I pinned my left glute last Thursday and it still hurts. I understand that there can be a high BA content so I tried heating the sust within the syringe for about 5 minutes to see if that would help. I did that last night and it didn't help one bit. Some people asked about my hand steadiness. I'm an ICU nurse and a paramedic so I would say my technique is very sterile and steady. Like I said I experienced NO problems with my last cycle. I just don't think this is worth it if I can't be deadlifting and squatting anymore. It feels like a silverback gorilla is beating the shit out of my ass with a tire iron 24/7.

Thats a pretty high mg/ml, lots of product and lots solvent, probably both part of the problem. try the 'ventro glute' injection site, its sort of between the top of the femur and the illiac crest, totally painless for me even with straight prop in virgin muscle. your putting in 1/2 a mil per shot, right? maybe thin it out with some of the same oil type as the gear is in. 1/2ml is hardly anything and thinning it might help it from crashing in depot.
EDIT:also go really slow, massage/ work the muscle and maybe try delts, also didnt hurt when i was using prop but it was only 75-85mg/pin(.75-.85 of a mil)

yea I do 0.5 mL per injection. I dread it now knowing what to expect. My last cycle was a breeze and I enjoyed pinning. I actually did the ventrogluteal area last night and it was just as bad. I couldn't sleep on my right side because of the pressure/pain. I might give it one more try but I might just stop and wait 18 days to start clomid (not even sure I really need to but it may help). Picking up patients on stretchers and looking like someone is running a hot knife through my ass isn't very fun or comforting for patients.

I remember seeing this. That's fucked up and unacceptable. I would stay away from RBG. In this business, everyone needs to remain professional at all times or you can get busted.

wow he seems pretty much out of his mind ha-ha. Is RBGpharma and RBBgear the same you think? Regardless, I've been getting feedback from friends that it's most likely due to the high concentration per mL and the fact that it's sust. I'm still debating on just dealing with the pain and hoping it subsides or just going cold turkey. Waiting 18 days and starting clomid for four weeks.

Do you have any other AAS with a lower concentration whereby you could cut his mix?
Alternatively, I have some whatman syringe filters and blank cottonseed oil I could send to you...in order to cut that shit down to a reasonable level.

I can get my hands on Test E by Thursday. I was thinking about just asking my source (a buddy of mine) if I can exchange my other unused Sust 400 vial I bought from him for a Test E vial.
I've read about people using the whatman syringe filters and using cottonseed oil to cut gear down but I have personally never done it. I'm going to look for some stickies on how to do that. Might be the answer to my problem.
