Ok im 5'9 3/4 im 38 years old been lifting for 10 years off and on with injuries and failure my weight is 232 22% bf yes im cutting down 1900cal 150carbs and 60fats 200 protein this works with my schedule I'm a crane operator so I can't drink a gallon of water all the time so im guessing my cut weigh 190 i think. Im about to start my 2ed cycle nova on hand for pct thats it my 1st cycle was suston 250 thats all i could get for my 1st cycle i have read so much on it for a year before i started it and i finally did it last year i have some questions on my last cycle ok i pin 250 for a week ok ...nothing changed i expected that 2ed week 500 nothing. ..3rd week 750 nothing really happened but 4th week holy hell i felt like Superman and was pushing heavy weight loved it so the 6week i cut back down to 500 and because of back acne kinda scared me and balls sucked up lol but i new that would happen. .ok so my 10 week i started cramping really bad i mean bad couldn't hardly move my arm with out my biceps cramping so i just work thru it and my 11week i developed tendonitis in both my wrists so it ruined my cycle had to quit i didnt take nova i just stopped cold turkey. ..my question is why did i cramp up bad i started taking potassium pills and eating more potassium but it didnt help much and my 2ed question is do you think that the steroids cause my tendonitis in both my wrists...also im about to start my 2ed cycle i have test p 300 i have deca 200 and anavar but i think i should just run test at 500 a week?any help will be appreciated plus i can just about get anything now but hcg

Yes, with a slight twist. Although contrary to what others might say, I would recommend using the var now due to it most likely being in tablet form. Don't let it go to waste. I would consider holding off on the deca until your next go around.
I think your wrist issues came from your training and/or by the additional weight your cycle was allowing you to lift; not directly from the sustanon.
