Since @ChiCubbie86 said the previous one was a meat soup pastry, i felt the need to improve my already sensational cooking skills...
Here is mofos... a fuckin great fit slim shady kebab , if youre into it




Carbs: 44g carbs from 90g Phyllo Dough (2 sheets)
Protein: Here 190g Cooked Chicken Breast + 100g Ham + 30g Raw Cured Sausage
Fat: 1 tbspn Olive oil ... phyllo dough is 0 fat
Sauce: salted fat free yogurt sauce (The 1 tbspn olive oil has been mixed to it with smoked salt)
Zero Kcal Curry Sauce + 1 Tbspn Tandoori Masala spice + some chopped onion + some mushrooms
100 C x 6 min or more
I putted some yogurt & curry sauce over the meat before wrapping it.. then In the end i added other sauce
The cooked chicken was in my fridge... I chopped it into little thin pieces and then mixed with some chopped onion and the tandoori masala.. i then added some sauces and wrapped up
With tomatoes, carrots etc jt will be even better
