Everything that I've been reading about BD gear from experienced Vets is that BD is shut down and the owner of IP and WP has been counterfeiting their gear. But you know what they say about free advice.
I just went and re-checked and that is definitely the word on the street.
World Pharma (known scammer) is using the BD name to sell their fake ass gear as human grade.

WP changed that packaging and color. Looks like IP but I haven't ordered from him in a while, burns too bad.

There's a rumor that BD is back in the swing of things as of about November 09. That bottle says August 2009. Besides, the new stuff is 200 mg/ml anyways, not 250. I have yet to see any of this stuff turn up in the U.S., but it usually takes a little while to get this way anyways. I've seen people with gear that was made 5 years ago and expires this year just begin to use it now.
So, overall it's a crapshoot at this point. But that bottle was definitely not made by BD. Had to be WP or most likely IP. That's my $0.02.
