Recent Blood Values - Concerned

I'm 45, overweight (6' 285), and on TRT. I took a break from working out for about a month - I just started working out again (3 days in, including the morning of the blood test) and just got my bloodwork done. I donate blood regularly and was a bit surprised by the results.
Preliminary:
I took the test this week, and I did drink last week (in hindsight, stupid). I have taken a bit over my TRT dose for a few weeks this year (about 250mg a week). I've taken Aromasin regularly (3 times a week, 12.5mg, although I've stopped this - I want to see what my values are on a normal TRT dose), Cialis 3 times a week 20mg, and Ashwaganda - 3,000 mg. I added the Ashwaganda because I was doing some research and found this. I also found this when looking into working out after a break. I'm hoping that this explains my values but hope springs eternal and I don't want to be delusional. I'm going to put off my plans on a low dose long term cycle here, for maybe another month (2?) so that I can get my bloods to normal.

I've ordered some fish oil, turmeric, and milk thistle and I plan on watching my diet and exercising (up until a week before a new blood test).

Am I over thinking this? Justifiably worried? What else should I be doing?

I bet if your diet was 3000 calories with a 40/40/20 macro split and you did cardio 5x week you’d be shocked at what these values would look like in a month. Get to work!

I am cleaning up my diet (and doing some fasting - stop eating at 7, don't eat again until 10 the next morning). I'm doing 10k steps a day and cardio - not 5 times a week.

I got another blood test - I didn't work out a week before getting blood drawn and I stopped the Ashwagandha. Not all the results are back, and it looks like she tested for some different things. I think what's relevant here are the AST/ALT results, and any abnormal results.

I'm happy to say that my AST/ALT is back in normal range:
AST
32
5 to 41Normal
ALT
30
0 to 55Normal

The only abnormality is my Ferritin levels, which were 10. The range is 21.8 to 274.7.

I think that's the result of donating blood. I donated around July 7th. So, I think that's what explains the low Ferritin.

I got an endo meeting at the end of the month, so I'm probably going to hold off on this until then.
