Apparently SLU-PP-332 is soluble in BB/BA and can made into an oil base.

Suspension in oil means it's not dissolved.
You will be able to see the API/powder floating in the vial.

You can't filter, which is why I'm wondering if DMSO is present. You can however still get it sterile via filtering everything separately, adding API (those raws better be pure lol), dispensing to vials, then terminal sterilizing it via dry heat over 1-2 hours..
Yes it's doable I make mine in 6mg In nothing but ba and bb. It holds. I use a ultrasonic cavitation machine to force it In to solution but I have to use castor to make it hold. But yes. It can be done. But needs special tricks
