i am 5 weeks into my cycle of 13. I'm using what I have left over from previous stash so it's not ideal but will be effective. All Genza pharm "GP" brand bought 3 years ago from Naps

Week 1-7 test E 500mg EQ 400mg split up 2 pins
Week 8-10 test e 250, eq 400mg tren e 300mg,
Week 11-13 test e 250, tren e 300mg

No pct I'm on trt @ 175 mg wk

I will add photos soon. Power just hit me last week no weight or body composition changes yet.

Question for experience users of this combo. Should I wait to add the tren until after I run the 10 weeks making this a 16 wk cycle instead? I have been debating this for weeks now.
 
They say to run eq for 16-20wks. Tren e takes 3wks to kick in and you're running it for 5wks? Doesn't make sense.

Tren is 6 weeks and this is what I have. I'm making the most of what I have. So I would have to do lower doses to go longer.
 
I should have put this info on my original post. I'm 19% body fat according to my hand held device. I know these are not highly accurate but I'm using it as a gauge. My skinny daughter reads 8%. I am going to try and prove with this experiment that it is possible to loose body fat and gain muscle at the same time. My goal is to gain 10lbs muscle and loose 18 lbs of fat. This means I should weigh 190 when I'm done and be around 10% body fat. My macro intake will look like this.

200 grams protein minimum
60 grams of fiber
100 grams healthy fat from Mac nut oil, avacado, coconut oil, olive oil, meat sources.
My carb intake will fluctuate from 50-100 grams on workout days to 100-200 on days off and will come from oats, sweet potato, rice. No processed foods. Lots of broccoli/kale. Probiotics from real fermented sauerkraut and kimchi for gut health and nutrient absorption.

Supplements: choline/inositol for liver(dr says it's much more effective than milk thistle) saw palmetto, pygeum(prostate health) fish oil, vitamin D 10,000 iu, bcaa's, creatine, rhodiola, ashwagandha(many reasons) dandelion root tea-liver, turmeric-anti inflammatory, cinnamon-blood glucose stabilization.

Workouts 30-40 min 1 body part per day with 20 min cardio after. 1 HR of walking per day. Hit workouts 2-3 days a week.

I hope to provide results that will bust some myths out there.

Update weighed in at 198.5 and fat meter showed 18.5%. Going to get blood work done to make sure my gear is good. Not feeling it at all accompanied by low libido. I'm worried about posting pics because of my tattoos.

Your workouts need a lot of work only one body part a day? Also your diet kinda sucks! More carbs on off days? Oh and drop all the fucking supplements! o_O

You need to post in the training/diet forums.
The AAS and the doses you have planned out look fine except run the Tren starting weeks 1-10.
Also at 19% body you need to decide if you want to continue Cutting or want to add more mass. One or the other, not both. It doesn’t work that way. After that you’ll be good to go!

Any updates bro? Very interested in your log/results as I’m planning a similar recomp cycle. I’m a bit lower body fat but still have fat around my midsection and lower back. Need to get some muscle as I don’t want to cut any longer.

Last post was 2 days ago. Body fat 18.3% this morning weighed 197. Actually my starting body fat was 19.4 but rounded it off. Getting blood sample taken today week 6. I will post the results of that because I'm curious as to my test level using genza.

It takes some balls to post pics of myself when I'm not happy about what I see. Keep in mind I'm turning 40 and have taken almost a year off from the gym. I have have Gyno from a cycle 15 years ago. I plan on getting surgery after I get lean. I'm 18.3% bf here. I want to show a true recomp cycle with pics to prove to myself and everyone else what can be achieved. 5'9 -197lbs here

Week 7 Update: waiting on bloodeork results still. Down to 196. Bench press heavy day today and up 20lbs from 2 weeks ago. 50lbs away from my best which was 3 years ago. Having a hard time knowing what to use because strength is increasing rapidly on everything. I think the eq is finally kicking in.
 
Bloodwork results. Legit but either this is underdosed or the dragon test I used previously was overdosed. Sample taken 3 days after shot administration and in the evening so there are variables to consider. I don't remember the time of day and how long between on the last sample. Genza test E 250 purchased from naps 2016

Many have proven you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time, even without gear.
 
Ok checking in but this sucks! I got notification that my labs are due for my trt. I thought I had until April so I didn't time this right. Last pin was a week ago. I am down to 195 now and happy with what I've been able to do. I will wait about 6 weeks and then start the tren cycle.
 
Closing this thread out with final results. Great gains in strength and noticeable changes looking in the mirror. My fat handheld says 18.3 but I don't think it's very accurate. I lost 2" on my stomach measurement circumference. Down from 202 to 196. After I get bloodwork sent in and have my doc appt for the year I'm going to start up again.
