So I got some igf lr3 and can't wait to give it a go, can I mix just bac water and keep it refrigerated or fink have to buy fucking acetic acid? And 1ml or 2ml guys per 1mg of igf?

Use Bac water, no need for AA. I only use Bac water with all my peptides and they have all worked wonderfully.
Add as much water to it to get the dosage that you like. For example if you like to get 100mcg out 10 iu then add 1ML of bac water.

I used 20mcg before each one of my carb meals and then 75mcg of DES pre-workout and that was great! You can also try 50-75mcg pre-workout before you take in you carbs and that is good also.
If you want a great pre-workout try DES.

Thanks bro and I mixed 1ml bac water so that's .5iu for 50mcg right is that good or should I have mixed 2ml per mg
