Ok, I am sure this topic has been beaten to death, but here i what I have: I purchased a vial of 1 mg IGF-1 LR3. I reconstituted it with 1 ml bacteriostatic water (i read conflicting opinions on acetic acid vs b. water but decided to go with the b. water). So that means 10 units on the insulin syringe is equal to 100 mcg of the peptide, correct? I shot 50 mcg yesterday postworkout. I understand that 20-50 mcg is the recommended dosage. I know that people use a lot more than that, but trying to take it slow.

You are correct on the calculations with regards to dosage. Bac. water is fine. Dosage is really just personal preference and user dependent. I know guys that get plenty of results at 50mcg daily and other that swear they have to take 100mcg to get anything out of it.

How about HGH. Which soliution is best to store HGH for most amount of time?

i use bacteriostatic water with my HGH. I go through a reconstituted vial pretty quickly so Idk how long they last before it loses potency

The grey tops say ten days in bwater. Immediate use if no BA is involved. I'm with you though. It doesn't stay in the vial long haha.

Not sure if that translates to other brands though....
