Ok, I am sure this topic has been beaten to death, but here i what I have: I purchased a vial of 1 mg IGF-1 LR3. I reconstituted it with 1 ml bacteriostatic water (i read conflicting opinions on acetic acid vs b. water but decided to go with the b. water). So that means 10 units on the insulin syringe is equal to 100 mcg of the peptide, correct? I shot 50 mcg yesterday postworkout. I understand that 20-50 mcg is the recommended dosage. I know that people use a lot more than that, but trying to take it slow.
