Just finished a long cycle(22) wks. anyway I got my blood work done DURING my last wk. my LDL was high 162 and my HDL was low. my liver count was up and my doc. had my blood tested for Hepatitis and came back Neg.
Anyway I'm not to worried about my choleserol as my diet is very good and it always goes up a little during cycle. Is there anything I can take for my liver other than milk thistle. etc to help with recovery. will be getting more blood work done in 1 month............11

Liveraid??? I pick that stuff up at Walgreens every cycle... take that and Milk thistle durring and after my cycle. Liveraid is like this supp that has a bunch of different things in it that have all been proven to be benificial to the liver. Im not sure about anythign else though... Eat more oatmeal :) ... that would be for your cholesterol though :)

I'm not psychic, but I guarantee you the 2 values that were elevated were AST and ALT. It's absolutely meaningless. CK levels may also have been elevated. These are always going to be elevated in those that partake in heavy resistance training and eat high protein diets. it's not indicative of liver or kidney issues.

Your LDL and HDL can be remedied by increased cardio, adding or increasing nolva dosage, adding policosanol to your supps, and eating more oats.

Thanks tank and Einstein. like i said my diet is very good and believe me I eat plenty of oats:) . I expect things to be in the normal range on my next test (1 month). Einstein you are right, my AST (57IU/L) and ALT (121IU/L) were up. normal range is 0-40. I'm on PCT at the moment, 20mg nolva and at 100mg clomid ED..............11

Start taking policosanol...it's OTC and very good at increasing HDL and decreasing LDL.
