What would you guys recommend when taking this oral? 1 cap per day or every other day? i have always injected and i did this every two to three days.

you should spread out dosages. best thing to do is to fill gelcaps with liquid(propylene glycol).
i didnt have time to be taking every few hours so i did about
3 gelcaps/day...each gelcap at about 10mg.

correct me if i am wrong but i thought 1 gelcap was 25mg's. 1cc =25mg.
yeah it burned like a bitch but call me weird or what I kind of like it. after i injected i could always taste it a few minutes later.
problem: i usually work 8 to 4pm. i can't be leaving work to fill a gelcap and come back. should i do one i the morning one before workout and one in late evening.

what i did, i filled 3 caps and stuck them to packaging tape and stuck them to the side of a vitamin container. make sure they are kept upright or they will leal.

yeah, if you want 3 caps from 1ml, fill each gelcap with about 1/3 of a ml.
