Relatively new to the game, learning as I go

So I've been lurking here for a bit and feel like it's about time to join the community.

Been lifting on and off since 18 (currently 27), and finally started getting serious with bodybuilding in 2013 when I met who would then turn out to be my coach. I had always wanted to get into bodybuilding, but didn't know jack shit about dieting, so he helped me tremendously in the nutrition aspect of things. I went into my first show all natural (never taken any anabolics) which turned out to be an NPC show. After seeing the size/conditioning of these guys up close I felt intimidated as hell haha.

Fast forward to prepping for my second show which was November last year. My would be cosh at the time and I decided it was time to start my first cycle. Damn I was naive as fuck back at that point...he would never give me the vials/show me what he was pinning me with, just claimed it was test/tren/eq. Injection days were missed, she dukes meet ups rescheduled, I was pissed! But because it was my first cycle and he was pinning the gear for me, I didn't want to bail out not knowing wtf to do.

Needless to say, I only came in "marginally" more dialed in than my first show which was as a natural. Now I was pissed and decided to do all the research on my own and get this shit done on my own. Decided on another test/tren cycle (test at 500/tren at 450 with a tbol kickstart. Then switched to test p at 400 starting at week 8, tapering down then eventually dropping test a little over 2 weeks out/tren at 600/mast at 600). Pinned on time every time and results weren't bad at all, I was becoming addicted to pinning just knowing that I have all the cards necessary for relevant progress (food/training/gear).

So I consider that to be my ACTUAL first cycle. And Now that the show is over (this past June) I've been cruising at 250 mg of test cyp with igf-1 lr3. I've only been cruising for 6 weeks roughly and intend on running a 20 week blast of test at 500/deca at 420 (then 500 for last 5 weeks)/lr3 and peg mgf 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off/and M1T at 22 mg for 3 weeks as a kickstart for the deca. After that I'll be cruising again on test probably at 259-300 mg a week with boldenone cyp at 500 mg a week until prep officially begins (looking at October next year if all goes well). Current picture 1 week out from my last show is attached (and as my avi)

I've been lurking here for a bit, and definitely love how everybody looks out for one another here and how real most people are here as opposed to most other boards like evo and elite fitness. Looking forward to reading up n learning more from the vets.

Tldr;
-Been lifting for 9 years with past 2 years lifting seriously for bodybuilding.

-Had a messed up experience with having a coach and generally being a dumbass

-Started with the idea of cycling and now decided to just stay on (blast/cruise method) for the sole purpose of being competitive in bodybuilding to the pro stage.

Stats from the pic on June 6th are H: 5'6.5, W: 184 lbs, BF%: didn't use calipers or anything, but I'm guessing 7-8%?

Current stats (as of today): W: hovering between 199-201 between mornings, BF%: another guess at 12%. Currently cruising on 250 mg of cyp and igf 1 lr3 at 100 mcg every workout day 1 1/2 hrs post workout in muscles worked. Will start my blast in 1 more week

Welcome to Meso!! Impressive work so far. Killer arms and delts you got!! What kind of split/program do you run?
 
@TheOracle, thanks bro! My body has always responded to high volume with moderately heavy (8 rep) set workouts, so I've continue using that method with continued results.

I hit 1 major muscle group per day with 1 day off per week. I focus on hitting 5 sets (3 working sets) per exercise on larger muscle groups (legs/back/chest), and 4 sets (still 3 working sets) for smaller muscle groups (arms/delts). I also alternate between hitting calves or abs every other day at the end of each workout
