Anyone having any problems trying to check out at reliablerx.com? Been trying last 2 weeks and when I click the checkout button it essentially takes me back to the homepage still showing the number of items in my cart. Had a couple orders with no problems at all.

Check your email. They provide a link in that email so you can pay for your order. Sometimes their email to you ends up in your spam box.
 
did you try live support? I had an issue with the website (checking out)and used live support. I believe I even paid via live support and it cut 2 days off my T/A
 
No spam emails from them other than free shipping codes.

When I tried live support I simply asked why the check out button wasn't working. It just as "agent is typing". I waited ten minutes and it just continued to say that and s reply never came.

Anyone ever try calling the number to order?
 
Word. Haha. I feel like either them or ADC called me once to verify something and it rang as a California number but I don't recall poor English. Of course they didn't sound like they were from here.
 
Same issue, been trying to finish and pay for order for almost a week now. When I click to proceed to checkout, it loops me right back to the homepage. Sent them an email and they suggested to try a different internet browser. This still didn't fix the issue and I know of several others having this same issue.

It did the same thing to me also, i had to switch over to desktop mode and then it worked fine. Something is screwed up with their mobile browsing i think
 
Ok, so reliable isn't working from cell phones is my take. Once I used a pc I was able to finish the transaction. Hope this helps. Sorry zaphod, saw your post after I posted. Seems you're right

Ya I dont know what the deal is with that. Sometimes when I go to do shopping an other shit online, it does that to me as well. I have to break out the ol laptop. It never fails to fix the problem an all is good. Maybe @pumpingiron22 & @MindlessWork can better yet explain wtf is up with this????
 
If you guys are using the stock mobile browser on iPhone/iPad or Android, better install Firefox browser on your device and try that for checking out on those sites. Some sites use Java, where there's rather poor support on mobile so in that case you'll have to go to a desktop/laptop that has Java installed.
