Where can i recieve the liquids? Am i getting into legal problems to recieve at home address.

They are legal to buy and sell when not intended for human consumption ("research purposes"). I think, theoretically, depending on where you live LE could attempt to prove you were "misusing" them, but this is hardly a concern for anyone. The only scenario I could imagine being a bust like Millard posted where a personal use stash was "estimated" as $90,000 in street value, to pad up a bust to make it more incriminating.

But as a regular user you have nothing to worry about.
