Research chemicals, sarms, peptides

Probs the dea here.

I don’t get it, what is the legality(USA) on this from the sellers side? I’ve seen some labs blatantly advertise human consumption with pictures of sarms + barbells and what not. I’ve read it comes down to how they interact with the consumers and how they market it/word it on their sites. The charges are essentially coined down to defrauding the fda.

Some labs even go as far as flavoring the sarms and then getting busted for ignoring fda letters. Rats Army was busted and the founder said they didn’t even charge him, just took all of his product and told him not to reopen(according to him). Do they just send you letters and if you ignore them they kick your door in?

Anyone really have the inside scoop? How is amino asylum open? Chemyo pure rawz etc

A) the internet is an expansive place, i mean its the entire world crammed into one spot, so identifying and enforcing these companies by their relevant jurisdictions isnt so cut and dry, so many can exist pretty blatantly on this basis. Think of it as animals in a herd.

B) promoting outright human consumption is going to make them a bigger target in the long run, easier to enforce, but per point “A” they still exist... for now

C) it depends on the drug. For example i had a buddy who sold all sorts of RCs related to BBing for years (still does), such as clomid for example. With the not for human consumption, lab research use only disclaimer loophole. However his lawyers advised him to discontinue selling certain chemicals and so he did. The chemicals he stopped selling were ones that were approved prescribing drugs such as Clomid, Tamoxifen, Letrozole. However he continues to sell SARMs, various peptides, etc. Basically his lawyers felt it was less risky if the research chemicals he sold were actually still research chemicals, and that the ancillaries that were actually prescribed drugs were a riskier “research use only” argument to make. FYI this is in Canada. He never, per my knowledge, received any notices from Health Canada (canadian FDA) but maybe he did and thats why he went into deeper consultations with his legal team and stopped selling the aforementioned RCs.
