Resistance bands.

I use bands in my routine all the time. Like you I have little space (1 bdrm apt) even though I have a power rack instead of a kitchen table. I still use my band frequently. You should be happy with them. Best of luck brother keep at it!!
 
The simplest would be the bands, and for grip training a tennis ball is great

Gotta be creative with the little space you got that's for sure. Just don't wake the neighbors with your heavy deadlift sessions hahaha :D;)
 
I would think the jump stretch bands would be better than that MMA set. I have a few single JS bands and they are great for certain things. I ever get some extra money I would like to buy the full set with the base.
 
So i got them. Its my first time with bands and so far i like it. Think the weeks at work i will be doing an am pm routine now since i really dont do anything but eat like a king and take like 3 4 hour naps and watch tv. I was just doing an am workout. But i have to much time to kill.

The weeks im home i will just continue to use the wife as my pm workout.
