Been lurking around for a week or two. Running my mouth stupidly, gonna sit back and start absorbing some info. Taking some advice and making a new member post.
Been lifting periodicly since highschool but, i've been going strong for the last two years. I'm 22 weighing in just shy of 190. (started off at 155) body fat probably around 15-18 percent. Diet has been awesome at times and abominable at others. still tweaking it torwards perfection. currently doing a 3 day on 1 day off workout plan.
Was all gungho on trying gear but im fairly positive im going to hold off for awhile yet. My dumb ass needs to digest alot more info before i do.
