Results on 100mg Test, high Test,Free Test and Estradiol should I lower test?

Hi All, currently doing TRT though a provider but using UGL Test-C, I am meeting with them next month for my review of bloods to hopefully get more guidance. In the immediate for TRT purpose is it safe to assume I can lower my Test dosage? Taking all the advice in read on the form I have been working on lower my BW/BF (started at 220 mid last year) in the anticipation of running a blast this year. Which leads to my other question will my Test, Free Test and Estradiol scale in line with the Test C dosage so if I did would I need to eat AI like candy? Or is it not as simple as that and it will need to be something where I run it for month and get bloods (already playing to do that anyway)?

Twice a week (Sunday,Wednesday)
Test C (lab test says 253mg/ml): 50mg
HCG: 400 IU
Arimidex .15mg

Age: 29
Height: 5' 10
BW: 185
BF: 17% (3% variance per doctor)

Bloods taken Wednesday before injections

If you need to use AI your dose is too high , lower your dose to 70mg and try to inject atleast 3x per week. Also get rbc checked and measure your BP everyday.

are you taking any other meds?
my labs from last week, 40mg test c every 3 days. started 6 weeks ago
im taking quetiapine for sleeping 25mg, and i think it affects me so i will drop it.

New #s at 75mg a week between two doses, seems to be a much better TRT state, I could probably afford to move to to 80/85mg a week if I want to get closer to 800/900 Test. Overall I happy with this as knowing what sustainable looks like.

You could try adding a small dose of proviron to lower shbg and increase ur free T while having the same total.

Raising you dose slightly and checking you numbers after things have stabilized would be the best option. I would only change 1 thing at a time as changing more then 1 thing will just confuse as to what actually caused the change in values.
