reverse bent over rows question

what would be an alternate to this exercise....i have trouble supinating my wrists especially w/straight bar curls......and i get alot of pain when i go heavy.....just wondering what would another version of this exercise be......
 
I also like dumbells with a neutral grip, I feel like I can get a better squeeze in my back during the contraction because I have a greater range of motion.
 
Or you might try One Arm Dumbbell Rows with a reverse grip. You can get a good stretch at the bottom and even better squeeze at the top for maximum contraction of the Lats.
 
I agree.Youi can feel the back working a lot more with the underhand grip compared to the overhard one.Dorian Yates pretty much introduced this exercise to the bodybuilding world. Many people call em yates rows.

The only reason Dorian did underhand is becuase he kept messing up his bis doing overhand. He even said if he could do over hand he would. With over hand you can get a nice wide grip. oh yea thats right pussies dont like wide grips cus day cant wift as much.

Overhand is the best. period. Underhand is a nice variation but should not be the staple back move in your workout, Overhand should be.

ILSS is a known disease.
