Reverse Grip Bench for Tris

dd

im suprised you havent got a reply yet on this.I use them on and
off and yes there very effective.I usually use a close grip to and they
seem to help my tris get bigger and stronger everytime.Just start light
cuz it takes a couple times before you get used to it and have a spotter
to.

I've never used them for tris. I've used a very wide grip as a "shoulder saver" method for benching. Oddly enough, the most stress I felt was in my outside delts.

I used to do them with great success until my wrists couldn't take it anymore. They were my primary mass builder for tris.

I use the reverse grip bench, close grip bench and skullcrushers for my tri workouts.

I don't use a spotter....so I do the reverse grip bench and close grip bench on a smythe machine.....works great.

They put alot of mass on your triceps.

great info guys. I will make a note of it.
