Hi all, I just started my first cycle and would appreciate any thoughts on this. Here are some quick stats about me:
Stats before cycle:
Age 24
Height 5'10
Weight 165lbs
Raw bench 205 lbs (for 4 reps, never maxed)
Raw squat 315 lbs
Raw deadlift 315 lbs
Compounds:
Weeks 1-10:
250mg test enanthate
Weeks 1-6:
25mg dbol split twice a day
2 weeks off
PCT, weeks 12-14:
clomid 50mg daily
I guess had two main questions:
1) Do I need an AI during weeks 1-10 or is it more as needed based on symptoms?
2) Do you change your workout routine on cycle? Normally I do a standard split routine and change the reps each week: wk 1 is 12+ reps, wk 2 is 10 reps, wk 3 is 8 reps, and wk 4 is 5 reps or trying for a PR. Since my cycle is 10 weeks I was thinking it may be better to do something different?
