Hello! Im from sweden, so my english isnt that great, but i hope that you understand...
Im 18 years old and im 187cm high and weight about 75kg.. And my biggest priority is to build muscle, i love train in the gym and i can be there like everyday in the week if thats the best way to get big..
I dont use any drugs or something and train CLEAN, i have read all animalmass articles and i think it makes a lot of sence to train a muscle 2 or more times a week and not go to failure.
But i have hard finding out how i should train ? 3 holebody /week 4 upper lower body/ week or maybe a splitt like this :
day1: Chest, triceps, delts
day2:Back, biceps
day3:legs, abs
day4: some time of kardio or rest.
day5: start over whit day1.
etc.
What do you think is the best ? i can be in the gym all days in the week if thats the best...
