A federal grand jury has now been impaneled in Washington, D.C., and if prosecutors can convince jurors that Clemens used those drugs, they likely will have little trouble winning a perjury indictment against the seven-time Cy Young Award winner.

And if Clemens - a friend of the Bush family - somehow finds himself the beneficiary of a last-minute pardon from the outgoing President, then supporters of Bonds are sure to cry foul, given that Bonds has spent a fortune on his long legal fight.
