I’m a rookie looking to learn. I’m a big dude 39, 5’11” 240. I’ve been working out since I was a teen. I’m in good shape, but carry an extra 15 lbs of fat that is hard to shed. I’d like some help cutting up. Am considering a DHEA/Anavar cycle. Any advice would be great. Thanks
