INTRO:
Hey folks, I decided to make a log of my current cycle for all of the members to see. I started this cycle last Monday (sept 2, 2015), but I waited for my per cycle blood results to come back before making this thread.

Little background:
A 21 year old from Canada, and I'm almost graduating a two year fitness program at a local college. I've been training since grade 12 (honestly don't remember how old), and I fell in love ever since because of the complements I got (I think I have body image issues). I was a stick, we're talking 90lb @ 5'9 when I started training. Future fitness goals? I'm looking to compete in small competitions and hopefully provincials later on.

STATS:
Height: 5'9
Weight: 165lb (lost some weight from last cycle)
BF%: Not sure, last time I measured (using expensive callipers) it, it was 8%, but that was a year ago at college. Then again, my classmate did it... he wasn't the brightest guy.

CYCLE:
I am running TEST P, TREN A, EQ, TBOL --> VAR. I got everything from Pharmacom int.

PRE-Cycle BLOODWORK:
I'm no expert at reading results, but I did see the doc and all he said that I had a condition that may be linked to childhood iron deficiency, I did have that growing up. BUT, I would love to see any feedback from you guys about the results.

Note: I took the blood work a couple of weeks after stopping my PCT in the EVENING (18:00) because it is the only time I was able to go in (4 weeks of clomid @100/50mg a day). I understand that some of you would tell me to wait longer, but my test level is almost the same as PRE of the previous cycle, and the reason why I'm starting again so quickly is because I don't want to take a step back for every two steps.

TRAINING:
I'm just doing a simple hypertrophy/strength block-periodization, I've attached previews below:

NOTE*: I didn't mention rest period, but it's 30-60sec since i'm on hypertrophy-style now.

Nutrition:
I'll keep it as minimal as possible as I will post more details day by day. I will provide more details for you guys upon request as well.

Current intake: ~2900 - 3300 cals @ 35% to 40% CHO - 35% to 45% PRO - 20% to 25% FAT
When I'm trying to cut, I'll drop the cals to 2700 and up the protein to 50%.

Note* Today's meals were the greatest to show you guys, but I didn't exactly have any time to make my nice meals :(

Everything is set up the right way! One of the best explicit intro I have aver read. I hope you keep posting. Many logs start but they are never finished.

By the way I have some questions about you test bloods.

I'll try my best to post as frequently as possible on this log, as for the conversion, I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it's 822 ng/dl.

this is for how long ?
8 week cycle?

the cycle is16 weeks, but I'm stopping the tren at the 12 week mark.
 
How many cycles have you done ? And what's was the sustance, mg? Length of cycle ?

3 cycle, first was a 12 week test e cycle, second was test prop, third was prop, tbol, and tren a for 16 weeks.

Currently I'm not cutting no, but I am not bulking in the traditional sense either.

The reason being is I might have to do a photo shoot in a month or so, and I want to be relatively lean as such.
 
DAY -4-

Today was a very busy day for me, I had a lot of appointments to get to!

As such, my diet today was simple fast on the go stuff, but I still hit my macros right.

I went to the gym pretty late today, at 19:00, and unfortunately I had to at the start of my core workouts because of a really bad heart burn (went to workout on full stomach).

Day -8-

Hello guys,

I had to lay of the gym the past three days, I think I pulled my neck pretty bad. Anyway, I did go back to the gym today, I worked out my legs and did a little bit of cardio.

I can't tell if my strength has gone up because I'm training with lighter weights, and shorter rest period. I did notice my endurance has been up, but I can't exactly say what that is related to. For example, for the first time in a while, I was able to run at 190 bpm for 15mins and I didn't feel any muscle burn, just chest and lungs for breathing hard. I also noticed that I wasn't taking fast breaths, but rather long deep breaths instead.

Diet:
I stayed close to my target macros today, although I did eat a little bit more CHO than usual, it was because I felt depleted after the workout.

As you may notice, my food sources don't look ideal, but I am taking multivitamins and minerals as much as I can. It just has to be like this for now because I don't have any better (student life). I will be going to Costco with my family soon though, I'll pick up some meat and whole foods then.

DAY -9- (yesterday)

There won't be any pictures (diet and workout routine) for day 9 because for some reason my MacBook isn't letting me upload the pictures, but I'll try again tonight.

I worked out on my chest + triceps yesterday, I increased the rest period to 2mins instead of 1 as well. I feel pretty sore today, same soreness level as 1min, but triceps soreness is far less. As such, I might be going back to 1 min rest for triceps, although it could be just metabolic soreness as appose to mechanical soreness.

As for the gear, It's been a little bit over a week now since the first pin. I don't feel any dramatic changes as of yet, but I definitely do notice some water bloat, and increased vascularity/pump during the workout.

The pip is almost unnoticeable, I just feel sore sometimes, but that's mostly due to bad injection IME.

DAY -11-

Today was a pretty exhausting day at work, but I managed to get my meals in (I went lower than target calories today because it was a relatively easy workout).

I pinned 100mg P and 50mg Tren a, been doing that everyday, I will be taking a picture at day -14- mark and compare to a picture from day 1.

How do you rotate your pins ?
You doing same barrel for tren an prop ?

I run prop and tren ED, but EQ every 3 days. You can see it in detail if you'd like at my FIRST post in this thread under "LOG PREVIEW" spoiler.

I'm assuming by barrel you mean syringe? if so, yes, I pin everything in one syringe.
